Shipping Policy 

Yeloo, operated by Shine & Style Tech Private Limited, is committed to provide expedient and hassle-free delivery to our valued customers. The products will be delivered to your doorstep in unused and durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing.

Our Shipping Policy is designed for providing our patrons with assured support and real-time assistance, all-round transparency and credible tracking facility. 

The details of our Shipping Policy are enumerated below:

  1. Shipping: The shipping fee in India starts at Rs. 800. We deliver the products within 2–3 working days in India. 

  2. Shipping Location: Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Customer / Recipient’s Residential Address or Work Location. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, Public Streets etcetera.

If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case, the customer is still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility in Salem.

  1. Geographical Nature of Shipping Location

Domestic – India

Additional costs regarding shipping pick up or exchange will be charged to the Customer for product delivery within any location in the territory of India for orders placed online.

International Shipping

For Shipment to our International Customers, we partner with trusted International Courier Agencies such as:

- Sequel

- Bluedart and

- Speed post 

The usual time for delivery for domestic locations is a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 3 working days. For international locations, the minimum is 15 working days and the maximum is 20 working days.. However, we cannot guarantee how long it will actually take for your order to arrive because the international shipment is vulnerable to unforeseeable delay. Custom processes can also be unpredictable and the package may be withheld for a longer period, a process which is beyond our control. For such long delivery delays, please contact your local customs office. 

Additionally, all the shipping cost, import duties, taxes and applicable charges / fees not included in purchase price are liable to be incurred by the Customers. 

The shipping costs for our international customers are ascertained and charged at the time of order booking.

  2. Shipping address cannot changed by the once the order is created, customer can change shipping address only before placing the order.

  3. We also do not refund or replace stolen packages or un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible for products not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Orders marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent if and when they are received back to us and the Customer will additionally incur a reshipment fee.

  4. Shipping Timeline: After a successful placement of order, we shall dispatch the non-customised orders within 3 business days of acceptance; and for customised orders we shall ship the products within 25 business days or as per the timelines prescribed at the time of order.

For In-store appointments, the customers can take personal delivery at the time of appointments.

  1. Transit Insurance: All the products sold through the online mode are 100% as they are adequately covered by Transit Insurance from a credible Insurance Company appointed by Yeloo with extra cost to the Customer.

  2. Verified Delivery to Authorised Persons Only

Since sale of fine jewellery and articles is sensitive in nature, we make sure that the order placed or facilitated through Yeloo is delivered or accessed only by the genuine customer. In order to ensure the safety and integrity of the transaction during the delivery of the product whether online or through In-store appointments, we may ask for additional authentication details from the customer for the purposes of identification, including but not limited to:

  • OTP Verification

  • Government Issued Identity proofs such as Passport / PAN / Aadhar No. / Voters ID or Driving License

  • Any other non-financial information as may be reasonably required for safety and security

We make sure that the delivery of the product ordered online is made with the help of credible delivery agent / authorised representative only after checking the identity proof of the recipient. The person delivering the product will verify the details of the recipient's identity proof and may also ask for a Delivery Code, which will be sent on the Mobile No. / E-mail address of the Customer. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by ensuring identification and facilitating verification for successful delivery.

  1. We urge all our Customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving the package and/or signing for receipt.
